God Made Me This Way
I have a thought that has been stuck in my head for several weeks now and it seems to have no intentions of going away, so I thought I would use this forum to share it. For years now I have seen people involved in every type of perverse and twisted activities blame their problems on God. Of course in our always tolerant and understanding society that which used to be secret, hence the term, “in the closet” is now paraded before us proudly. After all it’s God’s fault, why should they be ashamed. We as a nation are fulfilling the words of Isaiah when he wrote “Woe unto them that call evil good, and good evil; that put darkness for light, and light for darkness; that put bitter for sweet, and sweet for bitter!”(Isaiah 5:20)
This should not surprise us; after all it was Adam and Eve who first blamed God for their sin. When Adam was confronted with his sin his response was “The woman whom thou gavest to be with me, she gave me of the tree, and I did eat.” (Genesis 3:12) So we see Adam was not to blame, it was Eve who gave him the fruit, but it was God who gave Eve to Adam so it must be his fault, as long as Adam himself is not responsible. Of course when Eve was confronted it she blamed it on the serpent.
Fast-forward 6000 years to our present society and we see that these things still go on regularly. The homosexual crowd has been blaring this message for years, they can’t help it, its not their fault, God made me this way. On Valentine’s Day in San Francisco, in defiance of state law and good sense, the city clerk’s office performed 1600 gay marriages. How dare we say anything about it, after all God made them that way, why should they not be allowed to have the same rights as those that God made heterosexual.
Then you have the folks that loudly proclaim, “I am a woman, trapped in a man’s body” or the other way around. God Made a Mistake!!! “There is a woman in me trying to get out, (I can see why, the man apparently left some time ago!)
Of course as I stated earlier, every perverse group makes the same claim. Those hooked on booze and dope, men that like children and any other perversion that comes along, they all say God made me this way.
I have had a breakthrough and a change in my thinking on this subject. I have come to the realization that they are right, almost. Now before you write me off as a heretic, drop my support, cancel the meeting you have scheduled and email everyone you know and tell them that I have gone completely nuts, hear me out. When we here these folks speak out, because of our Christian background we make a presupposition that what they are saying is God made me this way. When in reality what they are saying is god made me this way. The realization that I have come to is this: My God didn’t make them whatever sick, perverse and foul way that they are, but in all likelihood their god did exactly what they claim.
In II Corinthians 4:4 referring to Satan the Bible says “in whom the god of this world hath blinded the minds of them which believe not, lest the light of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine unto them.” So we see that Satan is the god of this world. In Romans 1 begging in verse 18 we see the devolution of society that has gotten us to where we are today.
So did God (our God, the God of the Bible) make people homosexual, child molesters, the wrong sex or with an unavoidable craving for drugs and booze? Clearly the answer here is NO!!!!!!!!!! But is Satan (devil, the god of this world) responsible for doing this? Beyond any shadow of a doubt the answer is YES!
